| This vintage animated drink pourer named "Tipsy" comes with its original box as well as the original paper instructions, as shown in the scan. The pourer was marketed as a gift creation by Mort Greene Enterprises, Inc. of Hollywood, California. The copy on the inner box display reads I’m quite a chap – you must admit – I pour your drinks and I get lit ! – just tip me. The directions indicate that the lamppost will light up as the liquor is poured, and the words on the lamp post read Say when ! The cardboard display liner features a vintage street and city scene in blue ink on a matte silver background. The pourer does not appear to have been used. The box is intact with some weathering to the silver paper surface as shown. |
